| EPFOR Industries is situated in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island - the heart of western red cedar country. The idea for this company germinated in the 1980's, while founder Emmett Power was involved in the forest industry cutting custom size timbers and turned poles. At that time he noticed there was a lack of availability of hand rail systems to accent and compliment western red cedar structures. |

To fill this need, Emmett designed a unique western red cedar deck and stair rail system that is both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound. On our Products page you will see that the system is very well designed, with built in safeguards against sagging and rot. |
